We hold a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, this means any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled window will be charged at 100%. We will ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit for every new client booking an appointment, one of our therapists will be in touch with you regarding this prior to your appointment.
