Bi-Weekly meditation sessions (on Zoom – 45 Mins)
Each session includes breathing techniques, physical relaxation and a guided meditation, which last for approx. 45 mins. Our meditation sessions are open to everyone – whatever your level of interest or experience, this will provide the perfect opportunity to learn more.
